Our Policies

Since at Laughlin's customer satisfaction is guarenteed, returns are accepted. The only exception is that once an item is altered we cannot accept it as a return. However if the garment of choice is in need of additional alterations we can certainly provide that service for you.

Shipping and Handling: If you choose to place an order over the phone and need the item shipped to you we can arrange for that service. Your price for shipping and handling will be the current standard United States Postal Service rate. Laughlin's is not responsible for shipping on returned merchandise. (Exceptions will be made on defects in product)

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.
